Ullal: Konaje police have arrested an accused who was trying to sell drugs and seized assets worth Rs 2,06,000, including drugs.
Abdulla B, a resident of Manjeswara Gerukatte Saddam was arrested. Acting on a tip-off that the accused had come on a Yamaha FZ bike at Vijayanagar in Natekal and was selling MDMA drugs, Konaje police conducted a raid. The value of the banned drug is Rs. 40,000 and mobiles and bikes are valued at Rs 1,56,000 totaling Rs 2,06,000. The accused has been produced in court.
A team led by Inspector Prakash and staff Shivakumar, Purushothama, Suresh, Prashanth Deepak, Shailendra, and Manjappa took part in the operation as per the directions of Police Commissioner N. Shashikumar, DCP Law and Order Anshukumar, DCP Crime and Traffic Dinesh Kumar and ACP Dinakar Shetty.
