Ullal: SDPI Dakshina Kannada district general secretary Anwar Sadat Bajattur has said that the SDPI will fight a legal battle against BJP MLA Eshwarappa for once again using his boneless tongue on the Azaan of Muslims and the worshiper Allah and continuing his old habit.
He was speaking as the main speaker at a protest organized by SDPI Mangaluru Assembly Constituency Committee at Deralakatte. State Home Minister Araga Jnanendra and another MLA Basavana Gowda Yatnal have also been making statements that polarise the society. The SDPI party condemns any statements that create divisions between religions and spread unrest in society. Not only that, but it will also fight a legal battle against the constitution, he said.
SDPI Mangaluru Assembly Constituency Committee President Irshad Ajjinadka presided over the protest meeting which was presided over by Muslim Federation Ullal President Hasainar Bastipadpu, SDPI Mangaluru Constituency Committee Secretary Ubaid Ammambala, Joint Secretary Salam Vidya Nagar, Members Suhail Ullal, Pavoor Gram Panchayat Vice-President Ansar Inoli, Ullal City Committee Vice-President Imtiyaz Kotepura, Shakeel Talapady, and others were present.
